Ticket deposit refunds

Has anyone else who had to cancel their tickets last week not received their deposit refund yet? Since paying my deposit in October I have found out I am pregnant and the baby is due on 4 July - so can't really risk it! Therefore my husband and I have had to cancel our tickets. I've phoned See Tickets twice because my card number has changed since I paid the deposits but they said it was fine as long as the bank account details haven't changed. However, the money didn't go back into my account so I called See again this week and they said the money had gone through okay and if the bank rejects it for any reason they get a notification. They said no notification had come through so they assumed it was just taking a while to go through. This was on Tuesday but I still haven't received the money now and it's 10 days after the balance window closed.

Well, as it's a bank holiday now I'm unlikely to get it before Tuesday so I guess I will have to ring them yet again then. I'm not sure why they couldn't just take my new card details and refund the money that way, especially as my old card was cancelled because the details had been used fraudulently. However, I wouldn't have thought this would make a difference if someone was trying to put money into my account.
