ok

you will need

demis all all that stuff

pure juice any flavour old sons but must be pure juice NOT juice drink

sugar

yeast

water

ok you take one demi pour in your 2 cartons of pure apple juice ..

also pour in about 150/200 grams of sugar ...[we put in 500grams]

put 1 packet of yeast

and shake it about put you air lock in and place in a warm place.

after 3/4 days you can add the other 2 cartons of pure juice then fill demi to the top [just under the top] leave to bubble away allowing all the crap to sink to the bottom.

this should take 1 to 2 weeks [maybe more if youve added more sugar] once the concoction has stopped bubbling then you can syphon the finished juice into plastic bottles [make sure they are fizzy drink bottles or they may explode]

then just keep an eye on the plastic bottles as if any sugar is left the stuff will keep fermenting and may go pop.remember the more sugar the more potent like the saying goes all the sugar turns to alchol lol

you can use stabilising tablets that will stop this but takes the fun out of it lol

you can use ANY pure juice ie we have

2x apple/orange and grape

2x apple orange and tropical fruit

so mix and match as much as you like red grapefruit is quite cool as its a good colour lol

heres ours on the go

Hehe, followed that recipe 2011, the kids liked the drink with a reddish colour, 2 cartons of Cranberry and 2 of something else, can't remember now, prob Apple. Anyway, might spur me on to start my own Sat, thanks :)

I stuck a fairly in depth guide to making turbo-cider in its own thread a while ago: /topic/174824-easy-homebrew-cider-a-how-to/">http://www.efestivals.co.uk/forums/topic/174824-easy-homebrew-cider-a-how-to/

Its a tad more complex than your recipe. Also, its a bit close to the festival to be starting a brew now.
