Hi Everyone

Does anyone know if I'd be able to swap a 15+ ticket I booked for an adult one? Same name and everything. Selected the wrong one by mistake in the resale!

Any help you can give would be amazing

Thanks :)

Don't panic, I must have slipped when clicking the drop down box when I paid the balance and my other half is now a child lol!

I contacted See by email & phone and they said they couldn't change it but that it wouldn't matter as it only relates to accompanied young teens and they would go on the photo & common sense at the gate. The cost is the same.

I do have an email to confirm this which I will take with me just in case.

Still can't believe I did it, blame it on the excitement! !!!

Thanks for the info BeeMee. I would have thought common sense would prevail, but you never know! Haha! Looks like my friend will be 15 and going to Glastonbury then! Hehe

Haha, of course if your friend looks very young then maybe some kind of proof of age might be required, my hubby is 15 going on 53:p . If you only have to enter the gate once (accompanied of course) it's probably not an issue but we're in campervan fields so I had to get it cleared up or he might not have been able to re-enter the festival without me (that thought made me chuckle :)

Just seen your response, will forward later when I'm on my pc (am on mobile atm)
