Tickets booked. Just looking at Apartments and hotels. There are alot of great apartments that are cheaper than hotels so tempted to go with that. Any recommendations as Hotel Orbis is almost full now and probabaly won't book a room for another couple of weeks

The Headliners are great, indeed. but this isnt your usual festival, where you have the chance to see 6,7 bands a day. the way they start so late and have all the gigs overlap gives you only the chance to see like 3 bands properly each night, so it is basically 4 shows with two support acts and a little electronica afterwards. but hey, rest of the time you spend at the beach. not the worst thing to do.

This question is for Kuki or anyone who knows really..

So I've booked travel/tickets etc and was wondering about any reccomendations where to buy a cheap tent in either Poznan (where I fly to) or Gdansk/Gdynia....preferably pop-up...

cheers

hi :) first off, i'm extremely excited about the line-up, Kings of Leon, Animal Collective and Tame Impala are basically one of my favourite bands so yay :D besides, it's really cheap :O

now, i've read a lot about that alcohol problem at open'er and i have another question :) if we go there by van/car, how far from the camping is the parking and can we have alcohol and food in the car and go there every day or do they anyhow check the cars ..? we're actually thinking about making our van another little camping for the day, so we can cook there and everything..

thanks for the answer :)

I have a friend who wend to the fest few fears ago and when I asked him about the "alcohol problem" he indeed said that they were drinking by their car.

I'm going with a car this year and if the situation is as tight as everyone are saying here - most probably we'll do the same. I've never been to this festival, but the way I see it - it's small (50k people) and nothing should be very far... neither the camping or the parking.

Firstly let's hope for good weather cuz if it's raining like I heard it was last year the alcohol will be the least of our problems:)))))
