Park Stage 2013 guest headliners?

NME have hinted that Bongo the Clown (live aid '85 fame) and The Edge from WWE will be performing an Abba medley as Special Guests at The Park in 2013..Lord Coe is said to have stumped up the cash for this once in a lifetime performance..

can anyone confirm/deny this?
