I am taking my iPhone, but won't be using it for photos or video. I might go on Facebook or Twitter occasionally, but probably not in the middle of someone's set, unless they were boring. I might text my mates whilst watching an act, either to arrange meeting up with them afterwards, or if my mate's favourite song in the whole world has just been played. (I did this last year after Superstition) but it won't ruin my enjoyment of the moment.

I don't care if, or how, others are using their phone, unless they spend the entire set babbling down their phone about some stupid nonsense not related to the act, whilst stood right next to me.

Yeah I think there's a bit of a generalisation here, I like to update my status once a day just to say who I've seen, not in an 'aaahh look at me I'm at Glastonbury!!!!' fashion (believe me, everyone on my friends list knows the amount I go on about it) but because I know there's some people who will be genuinely interested to chat about the people I've seen. I don't do it during peoples sets and it takes about 5 minutes out of the 18 hours of the day I'm up and active, it's hardly criminal!

I'm out of +1s but loved what you wrote and thought this line stuck out most of all as brilliant!

I will trade you my being stinky by saturday for your leaving whippets all over the floor :)

We should all consider that trade off. We are all guilty of judging, hell, I know I am! I will trade my pious, over-PC attitude for someone's beery night of being a bit annoying.

We all do things that annoy others, at glastonbury we should try and be a little less annoyed and a little less annoying, here in the real world I'm sure we are all carrying our cares and worries on our shoulders a little and it rubs off in our attitudes when we post, hopefully within a day of being inside the fence some of those angry voices will be replaced with grins, a happy attitude and that sort of 'post orgasmic glow' that settles on people when they are there.

The festival each year is very much characterised by what the people who come bring with them, WE are the festival, I hope we don't all bring our judgemental hats :P

If people want to update there facebook status with what they are doing at Glasto, let them. It tells all the people they know that there house is empty and ready to be robbed. (I do hope that doesn't happen to anyone though, that would be awful)

I take a crappy phone the doesn't even take pics. I do take me camera which only ever seems to get used when I'm drunk. The pic stay in the memory card for months and evetually I do something with them. I then find I have a memory card full of the other half drunk/falling over/asleep.

Not Long Now. WHOOP WHOOP.

No to facebook, no to flags and no to hair washing. (Actually I don't know why the last two have been brought up, their just moaned about along with chairs as its f**king inconsiderate). People entitled to think people who sit on facebook at the fest are dicks, I can't fathom a real need for it at the fest other being like OMG I AM HEREE LOOOK AT ME.

    • 1. Baby Dave - Billy 2. A - Prang   Not really got round to listening to many more in May so not really fair to vote but shoutout to EPs from Bleech 9:3 - Bleech 9:3 & Villanelle - Measly Means
    • Guitarricadelafuente was bloody brilliant tonight. This is going to be a very Spanish focussed year for me. Rusowsky dragging out Las Ketchup on Saturday has the potential to be a Prima magic moment.
    • £112 for standard entry. No thank you.
    • Meanwhile Gracie Abrams is £92 for the cheapest with the average price around £160 for lower tier and £103 standing.   First time in a while I've gone from a definite yes to a definite no on price alone.   Amble was £31 this morning.
