I'm arriving to London from Israel on 25/8 in the evening. We thought to spend the night in London and get to Reading on Friday morning.

How bad would it be to try to pitch a tent (only one) on Friday morning?

Would you suggest to get to Reading on Thursday night?

Definately try and get there on thursday, friday morning would be chaos

Better to get there thursday evening for the party anyway man.

There will be space dotted about but it'll be mostly crappy spots, people in Red last year who get there friday were pitching up in piss river and stuff.

If you're not that bothered about being in the middle of the carnage, there's usually plenty of space in White - it never seems to fill up.

If you're getting into London thursday evening, then yeah you're better off going friday morning since you don't want to be pitching up in the dark, and you will probably only get a far away pitch on thursday night as you would friday morning anyways.
