Lockup- when is it gonna be announced?

Ok, so thinking that the main stages are a bit dull tbh, anyone got any idea when the Lockup is gonna be announced? Have fallen back on that in previous "meh" years and been very pleasantly surprised, and am passionately hoping for the same this year!

According to Melvin Benn tonight, "it'll be weeks rather than days". He said they're not even remotely close to finalising lockup or festival republic.

Normally, Early May.

Thanks guys. This is hopefully gonna turn the festival round for me, and persuade a few of my mates who bought in presale to keep their tickets after all.

What about the other stages?

Last year additional main stage and NME/Radio One bands were announced in the middle of April, Lock-Up and dance tents at the end of May, the FR tent in the middle of June, alternative tent in the middle of July and the BBC Introducing stage towards the end of July. Expect it to be something like that again.

I'm only doing leeds sunday this year
