Cancelling ticket :'(

What makes you think that he will have the money to pay you for the ticket. Be careful, he might stitch you up as well as your Dad.

so is it the case that if you paid the deposit on both and cancel his you automatically get his deposit back?

I'm asking this as I have paid the deposit for a mate who owes my dad money and isn't forthcoming with the payment which is now long over due. I was going to give him till first week in april to pay him or cancel his ticket on him because if he turns up with the £150 for glasto it will be going straight to my dad.

Last year one of our group could not make it. I simply did not pay the balance on her ticket. Got a £40 refund for that deposit after the end of the payment window. Just do that, will mean your only out of pocket for a tenner

go on your own..my best years i've been on my own/ known a few people a little bit who were going.....You have freedom to do/ see what you want. I reckon you'll find out people you know nearer the time that are going, like friends of friends...Also, check on here nearer the ticket resale for tips on the best way to get them...you never know your friend might be lucky...but definitely definitely go..

Surely they would be able to work this out and only cancel one ticket.

They are a service provider, so should be able to provide a service for someone actually wanting to buy a ticket!

It will probably be in the same location this year. I didn't get to camp with them last year, though I tried to. By the time I arrived at 6pm on the Wednesday, Pennards was too full for even a 3 man tent. I did visit the camp a couple of times for a late night chat by the fire.

You can cancel individual tickets, i bought a pair for me and my friend and she was able to cancel hers individually.
