Last year was Madness (who were class)

2009 was The Specials

2008 was The Stranglers

Could this years be Pulp? Suede?

Three bands from the 90's out of eighty over 2 days is harldy hogging the limelight from fresh music

My guess would be Duran Duran.. New album an tour would be suprised not to see them at a festival this summer with V an Glasto probably the most likely ??

pretty sure Pulp will be at Leeds/ Reading, so i doubt they will play V.

Possibly, or could be in the tent, depends on a lot of things really, whos on what stage at what time. To give a varied choice of act to the punters.

tbh i think they would go down well on any stage as long as the time was right

main stage would make most sense for blondie i think. when they played the tent at latitude a few years back it was stupidly packed. i wanted to see okkervil river who was on before them and the tent was full of blondie fans who didnt even know who they were. trying to get out was a mission too as it felt like i was going completely against the tide as more and more middle aged blondie fans piled in.

theyd go down well at v though, im not anti blondie at all - parrallel lines is a classic, but i had better bands to be watching at latitude that day!

back to primal scream though god i hope they are announced on monday, always one of my favourite live bands and i really wanna see this screamadelica set.
