Blinkin' Flip. Blast from the past that one. I saw them years ago and it was a great gig. About 1993 from memory? Touring Seas of Cheese. Tommy the Cat was ace, crowd went nuts.

Where the hell would they play? Avalon maybe?

yeah that's true he auditioned for them after Cliff Burton died. Also Les Claypool went to same school as Kirk Hammet. (who is in their video for John the Fisherman) James Hetfield plays guitar on the Primus song 'Electric Electric' so over the years there are many links.

Just gotts hope those tickets for Brixton last, I think they will sell fast - first Uk shows in 14 years !!

didn't realise they were that closely linked!

and i'm 99% positive that my brother went to see primus either last year or the year before in london. where's this 'first uk dates in blah de blah' come from?
