Missing email confirmation

Anyone managed to speak to See yet? Also, can someone not on NTL try the retrieve tracking number, to see if you get the e-mail.

I am NTL as well and still no email confirmation or from the tracker. money not gone yet either, wish it would all hurry up, can't get excited yet.

Silly question, but are you certain your registered email address doesn't have a typo in it?

I was able to get my reference number by putting in my postcode and last 4 digits of my card number, I used the ref. no. to message them and ask for another email to be sent to me. My money has now left my account so I've finally stopped freaking out

Can someone give me the e-mail address that was used to send the confirmation? I will try ringing VM... I'll be back sometime next year!

NTL here also, relieved it's not just me. Seetickets tracker confirm i have one outstanding order, but can't get any email confirmation.

Ill try and find out what the email address is and give VM a call. Its funny how were are all NTL. They need to sort it out! Wont have any fingers left soon haha.

Just came back to this thread - used the tracker and it says I have 2 orders (1 is Ian Brown so I guess the other is Glasto).

No email - I also am ntlworld.com.

I'll give them a ring later int he week and get the ref number from them direct.

Same here, I have put a thread on the VM forum but I havent got time to ring them right now. We need to find out the address it's sent from to see if it's blocked aswell. Is that 6 of us now?

checked my spam folder and there's nothing from seetickets in there, but there's tons of other stuff.

I'm now doubly annoyed with NTL, as apart from the ticket confirmation, they've also made me miss out on getting a few hundred grand from Nigeria, and a couple of extra inches on my penis.

Yep, I'm NTL too. I went to the Seetickets tracker and they've sent out the reference number in another email, but that hasn't come through yet either. At least it confirmed there was an order there, which was a relief.

Looking more likely that it's a VM problem.

0115 912 9000 < not sure how much that costs on your network, but thats Seetickets alternate number.

I suspect the problem here might be wider than VM and NTL....

I've yet to get a confirmation E-mail for the three seperate orders I placed.... Yikes...

But when I search by postcode and last four digits of the card there's definitely orders there... I ask again for E-mails but nothings coming through.... and the E-mail I put in was a work one....
