Post-Rock at Reading?

Has there ever been any big post rock bands like Ef, Mogwai, Explosions in the sky, This will destroy you, Mono etc etc at Reading?

What's the chances of any of them playing next year?

Mogwai have played before. 65 Days of Static played in 09. Amp may have played, not sure. Do Hope Of The States count? Swans have... other than that i have no idea

Nah Hope of the States don't count! Broken Social Scene's first album is considered post-rock and they played in 2006. 65dos also played 2004 (I think) on the old Topman Unsigned stage (I think).

That's all I can think of in the last 8 years. I don't think a traditional post-rock band has ever played.

Edit: Oh sorry yeh, Mogwai. But that was about 10 years ago now? Definitely before I started going in 2003.

I said in another thread that it'd take something really special to get me back next year. EITS would go some way towards that!
