Dx Delivery Help

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but this forum is more active than any of the others. I also understand that DX were used for glastonbury tickets aswel.

Basically, I have purchased a Leeds festival Weekend ticket, the other day i received an email, stating that the ticket had been delivered and signed for on the 3 Aug 2010 15:47.

Our household were all on holiday at this time, so there couldn't have been anyone to sign for it. I am back home now, and the ticket hasn't been delivered.

I have rang up See tickets and DX and the both said they will get back to me, neither companies have been very helpful.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm worried i wont be able to attend the festival.

Thanks,

With Glastonbury tickets DX had to take a photo of the door they delivered to or left a card at, insist on seeing this then you will know they are lying. Mine turned out to be next door but twos front window as they couldn't find a door! Sorted eventually but had to make numerous calls and stand my ground very firmly!

I am feeling for you mate. No doubt you will get it sorted.

We use DX at work and I know that things dont tend to go 'missing' but if they do go astray, they have been sent to the wrong place and are usually returned via DX and sorted pretty quick.

I would keep on at them, like someone said, they will have some kind of proof that they delivered the tickets and between them and See they will have to either get your original tickets to you or See will have to reissue them and may courier them to you.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
