I'm setting off at 5am from Frome, usually its a 30min drive so I'm expecting it to take at least double!

I'm expecting mega queues come 8 o clock when the site opens. Car traffic replaced with eager enthusiastic people and tents traffic.

We are leaving Bristol at 5.30am on Thursday morning, in the (probably vain) hope that most of the traffic will have filtered in on Tuesday/Wednesday. It took us 5 ish hours last year

Getting the 8.30 NX coach from bristol. Will probably turn up early on the offchance they start the coaches early with enough people. Hopefully will get there AM... but PM is always a possibility.

We only need a small percentage of the electorate to vote to gain an accurate forecast. From what I can gather talking to others (and held up so far on here) If you go on Thursday it'll be no sweat and no traffic, just breeze in(but possible pitching nightmare!)

I'm still setting off at about 9am and live about 120 miles away. Hope to be there, in and pitched in time for kick-off but at a pinch will settle for having the tent up before dark if last year is anything to go by. Hope I don't need my Comfort bottle (apt name!)before entering the site!!!

Either way it will be great and I'm honestly not that arsed as long as I get there.

However, the data will be skewed as e-festival glasto boarders are hardcore festival fans and will want to be there for as long as possible.

I myself am aiming to get there during the England game. Ideally I want to be hitting the car part at about half time.

Agreed we are hardcore (pat ourselves on back)and direction of travel will also be a factor but what makes you think this Weds will be any different than last year?

Im aiming to be there about 11am weds morning. I dont mind a bit of a queue - think ive pretty much always had to queue at the gates anyway so not too fussed. I think 4 hours is enough time to get in and get the tent pitched before England KO

Leaving Exeter at 6, so will be there around 7.30 am. I dont mind standing and queueing with tent etc as long as I am not queueing in traffic jams :angry:

The only problem is a Wednesday morning could mean people arriving at 1 am or 11 am and it's a totally different scenario, anyway I voted wednesday as will be there about 2/3am
