Shangri La area afterhours

Right am well up for lots of very late night afterhours action up at Shangri La, especially on Friday and Sunday night - however going through all the listings http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/lineuptimes/ for Shangri La, Arcadia, The Common, Unfair ground, Block 9 etc BUT I am finding it very hard to find any deep/progressive house, breaks or techno.

All the stuff the I have found seem to be more d'n'b, dubstep or hardcore/old skool rave or electro - which dont get more wrong I dont mind but would really much prefer the above.

Otherwise I'd have to stay around the Glade Lounge/Wow but will have been there more during normal hours so would really be up for a change of scenary

I'd be really grateful if can anyone point me in the right direction?

yep i'm with you on all of that.

The closest i think we'll get is Sasha on at the Glade and i think Elite Force are on somewhere

I'm quite keen to check out the French electro breaks down the Hub on Saturday night, could be good, could be crap...

Once i'm trashed some deep progressive stuff would go down a treat, don't think i'll get lucky tho, ah well... :D

i'm lookin for some techno.. none of this minimal business..

4x4 doof doof doof ;)

guys that were camping beside us in williams last year said that they had caught chris liberator somewhere in shangri la but didnt know what the place was called...

there are loads of little places down there and some of them are bound to provide something like that..

i guess its just a case of keeping your ear to the ground.

if anyone knows of anything let us in on the secret ;-)

Am with you with Elite Force and the french stuff although I actually think Sasha is a bit average. Looking forward to Way Out West, Hybrid and Quivver mind.

For Afterhours Glade Lounge/WOW seems really good with Far Too Loud, Tom Real, Matt Tolfrey & Geddes , Dave Seaman, Tristan, Tayo etc but was really hoping there'd be a bit more variety of that kind of ilk up Shangri La - I really hope I just stumble onto some amazing music up there otherwise as its quite a trapse when your wasted I'd be gutted missing such quality back at the DV/Glade.

Deepgroove are playing late somewhere (it's on the line-up with timings), they should be playing a tech set I would imagine. History of breakbeat with aquasky and ragga twins in Arcadia, should be good. Will add anything else I find after checking the lineup properly.
