Help! Should I have a separate Campervan Ticket/Pass?

Hello!

As its our 10th wedding anniversary this year we are leaving the tents behind and have hired a motorhome. We have our tickets and although the bit with our address indicates that we have booked in East Campervan field, we have no separate pass or campervan ticket.

Can anyone tell me whether you do get a separate ticket or not, as I am panicking now!!

We got a campervan ticket that you peel off and stick in your windscreen .... says East on it... so yes you should have a seperate windscreen sticker thing

yes you should of got a seperate pass for campervan,

mine came with our tickets,

phone them up quick

We have a paper one too. What's the deal with that, do we have to duct tape it to the window to save on costs??

Pretty sure all you need to do is lick / sponge the paper and stick it on your screen. Kinda like an envelope

Good luck indeed, our pass didn't arrive with tickets and I've been on the phone to See every other day for the last 2 1/2 weeks. It's Friday 18th now and still no sign. They are now saying I should wait until Monday to see if it arrives and if not, they will give me directions to the box office at Glastonbury where I can pick it up. Anyone tell me how I will get within 5 miles of the box office in a 20 ft motorhome on Wednesday morning?

this happened to us last year , we just printed out our email confirmation and got in without any hassle. hope it goes well

We ordered our campervan ticket at the same time as our three adult tickets, as we're going in a motorhome. Our tickets arrived with the three paper tickets, but without the campervan ticket. I suspected there had been an error, and called Seetickets - without verifying my details, they told me not to worry as the ticket would be sent separately. This contradicted the information on the website and eventually after a week passed we called them again. This time they verified our details and said that the campervan ticket should have included in our original delivery - they got the campervan ticket out to us first thing the next day.

Sounds like we weren't the only ones missing a campervan ticket!

Thanks to everyone who replied. I phoned See tickets today and they were fab, and I got through within 2 minutes! They have sent one out special delivery (Royal Mail) today so shouuld (fingers crossed)( receive it tomorrow. They said it has been a common problem.

If the 3 previous times I have been I have had a window sticker and a campervan ticket, this year I have only got the ticket and it looks exactly like this from ebay

Received campervan ticket this morning by Royal Mail recorded delivery, so we are all set to go now. Hooray panic over!
