Sorry if people have posted with this problem before... but...

I've had my email confirming my tickets have been despatched, ye the DX Tracker just can't find anything for me. What number am i to use on the tracker???

The email you received from seetickets isn't worded very well.

Basically, they have been dispatched, but not to you, but to a courier. When the courier is ready to deliver, they should email you to let you know. That email will contain the DX tracking number

I never got an email. You can ring DX up directly from the number on the website and provide them with a postcode and they will speak to you.

I spoke to them today and they told me my tickets were on route. They delivered them to me at work today.

Nothing to worry about, they will arrive.

Just to clarify - it's a two email process:

1) Email from [email protected] (saying tickets are on way from See Tickets to DX)

a few days later...

2) Email from See Ticket Delivery (saying exactly when DX will deliver to you)
