this means ive been going through a mid-life crisis since my first time in '89 when i was the tender age of 18, it still enters my head when i get back to work after glasto now!

Midlife Crisis? Nah.

I'm 35 and did my first Glasto last year. Got loads of midlife crisis stick from "normal" people. I'm now so hooked I'm already wondering when the best time to take my son (aged 3) for his first being as I don't intend stopping anytime soon. Whilst I know it's very kid friendly, I think I'd probably wait until he's at least old enough to stay up pretty late and catch some of the headline acts, otherwise I think I'd be being selfish dragging him round.

Oh, and "pissed up parents field" I think you'll find, already exists. It's the entire site.

The wy I see it is that if you do come and camp at CT (and really you should), your fella is going to be mightily pissed off when he says he wants to come next year and you tell him to sod off cos you had far too much fun on your own this year to be spoiling it next
