2nd silent disco at reading

ok, im currently trying not to do any essays so im wasting time looking on the reading website and noticed

"The ever popular Silent Disco will run again from 9pm til 3am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights in the same location as last year, in red campsite by the Rivermead Centre. There will be a second location, yet to be confirmed."

a. could this be the first step towards following leeds fest and adding more night entertainment into the campsites to reduce trouble?

b. has anyone ever been to to the silent disco before? Is it any good? (i didnt go last year as it was quite a trek from orange and everytime i wanted to go nearly everyone in my camp was elsewhere)

c. where would you put the second silent disco?

There was one where orange camp is now years ago, it only made one appearance I think.

I hope they play some better music than the other one, last years was piss poor, like a dodgy late night radio 1 playlist when it's not a rock show.

I'm a bit weary of the silent discos though, I imagine that's what alot of people were doing while their stuff was being burned last year.

There was a drum and bass stand towards white

They played sick tunes all night every night. Generally saw all the pill heads slowly migrate towards there throughout the night. Good tunes if you wanted music and to chill, and didnt mind trecking there and back.

I don't get the appeal at all with Silent Discos especially at Leeds where there are plenty of places playing music nice and loud.

Silent Discos are absolute shite! You can't have craic with anybody and if you want to it's like listening to some twat singing along to their walkman at the back of a bus as soon as you take your headset off for a second!
