The Strokes or Klaxons or Horrors?

Small possibility of The Strokes. It appears Julian has signed up, but The Strokes are active around the time, they've said they're playing one other festival as well as the two they're doing at the moment, and would make sense as Julian is there.

I really doubt Klaxons will play. As you said they played last year, and their bigger slot at R&L makes it look unlikely.

Haven't heard anything about Horrors, they've not been announced for anything UK wise this year yet which is surprising as they're doing european things. I'd say maybe.

Strokes: Small chance

Klaxons: Unlikely

Horrors: Possible.

I wouldn't go see Klaxons play if they were in my back garden. Infact I'd shut the curtains!!

Strokes are unlikely now bearing in mind Casablancas playing solo. Shame, I'd still go see him though, I really enjoyed his album and I'm sure he played a Strokes track or 2 on his tour.

Horrors played the Park last year, are touring and playing fests so may do.

Klaxons hugely unlikely I am afraid :P

Taylor-Davies told NME.COM that the band plan to release their second album in the latter half of 2010 and use the festival to announce their return.

"I think in England it’s just going to be Reading and Leeds in terms of festivals this summer," he said. "Then we’ll tour all the way through to the next festivals. I think we’ll do a few spot shows around the summer, but this will be our big comeback."

He added: "One of the fundamental things about this new record is how much of a live record it is: it was written and recorded with the four of us in a room facing each, in a room that was about three metres squared."
