Agreed. I don't know why people do this. I wish they wouldn't though. It's really frustrating. I ain't gonna stand for it.

Sorry sifi, I'm not angry at you, you haven't done nothin'. I just get uptight about it I suppose.

Gah! Heaven help us all when I finally REALLY lose it over this.

:P:P

with him confirmed for HRC today (that's some line up they've got there) its now surely a matter of selling the tickets for that before confirmation of his appearance at the big G!

amazing line-up....

starting to get a bit frustrated that it's the same weekend as glasto :P

and why are they saying he'll be celebrating his birthday, when it's May 13th...?

"If he doesn't play I'm not going!"

Tch. And you call yourselves Glastonbury fans?????!

You're as bad as the inevitable U2 nerds who'll clog up the see website on T-day.

but this would be a direct conflict. Like last year when Springsteen only did 2 shows in the uk, Hyde Park and Glastonbury. I'd have been gutted if he hadn't done Glasto, as it would have meant I wouldn't have been able to see him

anyway Tugger... what's with the 'IF' he doesn't play?... if?

    • Sadly, the ticket map below screams rear 5 blocks not on sale or never have been on sale. Especially when you look at the blue blocks with rows of unsold tickets.   And I say all of this as a big fan of Muse.
    • Personally, I don't think there will be any changes to the queuing system in place for the 2025 sale.  GFL will be aware that true bots are a risk, but they may also see large collectives of organised folks running multiple devices, containers or profiles to get an advantage as bots themselves, and then struggle to know where to draw the line without penalising folks who are simply more on the ball than others.   They will also be acutely aware that engineering tech to close those gaps will cost, and therefore eat into the money they are able to pass to the Charities, without passing those costs on to punters in the ticket price, which they will be cautious of doing especially after a 2 year break and the inevitable media coverage that will get.   This may all be naive and overly trusting of me though.....
    • went to their album launch show last night at the george tavern. it was fantastic! absolutely roasting in there though
    • I got mine yesterday but they sent the wrong ticket link, so had to email Ticketmaster and get the right one.    As for predictions, hard to see who else could do the Pulp/Sting/Byrne slot other than the Cure, and since they did Isle of Wight they maybe have an FR deal (Sting did both). It’s also the Cure’s 50th next year so imagine they’ll be doing a bigger tour. Pet Shop Boys or Kylie maybe?   Wolf Alice would be a dream. It’ll probably all be men again though.
    • Probably a couple of months yet....last ticket sale announcement was 10th October 2024.
