Singapore - is actually a decent track. And has the city of Singapore around it. And has massive financial upside for Bernie.

Valencia - I don't think anyone can explain that. I can only think someone has some photos of Bernie doing a Max. Its still far more like other modern F1 tracks than Monaco though.

In general though, they seem keen on street circuits (the future Rome one too) because of the glitz & glamour. Abu Dhabi too.

Brands... doesn't exactly have that.

Hats off to Webber. At the start of the season I thought he'd be a living on borrowed time by now.

That was quite extraordinary.

Just shows what happens when egos collide. I am amazed Button went after Lewis how he did after seeing what Vettel did to Webber. Crazy stuff

The bottom line is that Button and even Hamilton are more mature than Vettel.

That kid will be world champion one day, but he needs to grow a little bit first. I take Eddie Jordan's point that if they weren't teammates it would be considered a racing incident, but Webber did very well not to directly criticise him in the press conference, like he did when Vettel took him out in a Toro Rosso a while back.

If it wasn't clear before, Red Bull seems ever more like Vettel's team, even though he's been second best to Webber this year.

Hoping Webber gets out of there at the end of the season, stupid mistake by SV and didn't get the blame. Extraordinary.

What a race....

I think normally Vetell would defo get the blame for happened but after listening to the red bull manager I think Webber might get criticised the most internally. They mentioned that the drivers should be giving each other room and considering Vetell had nailed him I think Webber might get a bigger ticking off. It was a totally reckless move by Vetell though, pulled in far too early.

Hats off to Button for his move on Hamilton and then more hats off to Hamilton taking it back without causing another laughable disaster.

I really do think Hamilton is maturing and I was really happy to see Button was prepared to have a go at Hamilton. I always thought he was not aggressive enough.

Really looking forward to the British GP now GB 1 2 please

Awesome Indy crash - safe to say that as everyone ok, just a broken leg and a few stitches for spectators I think.

Best F1 season in years, not a clue who's going to be driver or constuctor champions and Schumacher came back and is rubbish! Excellent, couldn't ask for more, well actually I could DC still driving a Red Bull :-)

Def looks like the fault of Vettel but do think Webber is going to get an earful from the team too.

And it was great to see the two British World Champions showing the Red Bull pretenders how you are meant to overtake without crashing ....

On the vettel one, how much of webber could he actually see? Or Was he in his blind spot? Was he just arrogant enough to expect webber to yield? Hmmm

I think an F1 car's blind spot is pretty massive tbh, especially with the HANS device meaning you can't really turn your head that much (I think?). I've heard Brundle etc say many times that the mirrors are next to useless.

He must surely have known he hadn't cleared him though? It wasn't like it was a back wheel-to-front wing crash. I think the only explanation was he expected him to yield.
