Indeed.

In response to your kloot post, I think they are a shoe-in to play. I hope the new album is out beofre glast. But I have a feeling they will be in John Peel rather than the Park. I just dont think they are Emily Eavis's kinda band. They are not hyped up enough for her I think. I am basing this on nothing other than a hunch though. I may well be wrong.

Worry not. That fellow obviously has some brain malfunction.

Your first gig will be a genuinely moving, life changing event. The current album works wonderfully well live too.

I have got that documentary you refer to - Fearless Freaks right? - I love it. I'm always in bits at the part where Wayne's dad dies.

Stephen Drozd is an utter genius by the way.

Havn't got to that bit. But I loved the bit where Wayne explains how the burger store he went too got raided. Just shows that he really is in another planet to us.

Have you also got the UFO'S at the zoo DVD? I love the letter that woman sent which is put in the prologue bit. Would post it on here but when I can be arsed to write it all out.

I cannot wait to see them now if they play! Would be even more of a highlight than U2 and Stevie Wonder put together for me :P

A big favourite of mine and hope they play too. Saw them on the last tour in Birmingham (a month or so ago ?) and they played a bit of Embryonic mixed in wth the old favourites. It was a great gig.

Also appearing at Green Man this year. *

*Keep this quiet for now though because I haven't got my ticket yet.

Oh and 'At the Zoo' is the best gig I've never been to. I have not been to quite alot of gigs but this must stand out as one of the best that I didn't attend.

Now I know FOR A FACT that they'd accept an offer to play again, assuming one had been made. Now this can only mean that an offer has NOT been made since 2003.

    • I'm 59. It's not so much the music as the camping/late night chaos I've grown out of at R+L. If I was still local to Leeds I might still be persuaded for a day ticket if the lineup was to my taste.
