Have to disagree with you there, I'm on their posting up to date stuff all the time and I'm no guru. That sites always behind this one!

It's just full posts like 'Get Kings of Leon for Rockness' etc, nothing up to date about it. Efestivals is far more up to date and we get Jim King(the organiser)posting once in while! Not only does Neil(Mr Efestivals)normally have the best info we get the wealth of knowledge from members who know a lot about the music industry, festivals, organisers, trends etc etc

Agreed, the facebook site hasn't been very up to date but I am going to be helping to manage the content on there now, so will be getting stuff up there the minute we announce, I will make sure that it is also posted on this forum, although Scott(efestivals) is extremely quick with his festival information.

All that I'm for another source, efestivals has been top dog for a while now for a reason. Can't see a Facebook fan page knocking it off its perch, can you?

Nothing will beat efest tbh.

Facebook is good for telling loads of folk though. I mean the group will have close to 6000 by the time the line up comes out so alot of people will hear the news.

See how RockNess has a link to eFests on its website. Does that mean eFests gets money from RockNess?

im signed up for the newsletters but ive never had full lineup announcements! would be never ending getting emails if we got one every time bands were announced.

I never got ID'd at the entrance but obviously its something to keep in mind considering how far you will have to travel.

The bar staff are really sound. I did get ID'd and stuff but i found them so much easier to deal with. perhaps thats because tokens arnt needed. which causes so much stress.

I can't see security enforcing it that bad, they don't want any uneeded trouble. The festival probably wants it enforced though.
