I just cant seem to get a certain music festival out of my mind. It seems to come into my brain every few minutes. Is this on the verge of an obsession and can i find help for it? I love listening and watching music but after my first visit last year it seems that the music i listen and watch is based around if i might see them at this festival. I also frequent a forum completely devoted to this and find that i am not alone in these feelings. What do you think i should do?

P.S i also am having the same thoughts about a little elf like woman from Iceland. She enters my thoughts all of the time and i have to put on her music and listen to it...... am i alone in this or do you think that their are like minded people out there?

Please help?

Dear ghandi

Pull yourself together for god sake. If you think I am going to sympathise with you and tell you its all going to be OK when your hugely mistaken.

I have hundreds of letters here from people who attend V and are in much great need of my support than you.

So pull yourself together, check out the rumours page, start listening to some of the acts and get a grip.

Also your obsession for the Icelandic maiden whilst part of human nature is nothing short of weird!

So take it from me there's nothing wrong with you that a cold bath could not sort out and a swift visit to Somerset come next June.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
