I took my son to see them at Hampden Park and left before the end. Truely dreadful live and have never listened to them since

Saw them at T in the Park in 2006, I think it was, and they were terrible. Based on that I'm quite glad.

i find the demise of the chili's quite sad really. I have seen them on numerous ocassions with 2 gigs

(mothers milk tour at the astoria = outstanding) and the one hotminute tour with dave navarro at wembley rankin as one of my all time fave gigs if not the best ever.

However have seen them do the californicatins thing at reading and they wer eokay but ever since have just got worse and worse ending in that debacle at reading where kiedis buggered off for the encore and left the rest of the band to jam. shocking.

I had hoped that they had called it a day permanently but obv not with a new album planned. Sunding more and mor elike the killers every time

i hope they don't play. i don't like their brand of rock funk as much as other people love it, it just isn't for me.

i quite like a couple of their songs like road trippin' and scar tissue but not enough to want to see them live!

bet half the people here were disappointed with them live because the didn't play under the bridge!.

im willing to bet there's more people that like rhcp than dislike them.

im sure every band can have bad gigs,they've been good when ive seen them,even if set lists aren't the best they've done.

tbh ide be happy with John frusciante just playing low down the order on some stage. i think there next album will be better. few years time they could play,im sure they will win people over when they go see them for themselves,and even if you dont like there would be plenty of other headliners to see on the other stages.

Saw them at both of these plus Murrayfield in 2004. I love a lot of their stuff and gave them a few chances but ultimately...

...this sums it up for me.
