Just to say a HUGE thank you to karl for sorting out the DVD's - I've been in Indonesia for 3 months trying to avoid the internet and technology so to come back to these is absolutley ace. I can stick them on the TV while I look for a job.

I hope they bring some enjoyment to others if an when they get them. So very glad i didn't just bin them. thanks again all

I've been trying in vain to download from the above links - thanks whisty - but as I am connected to the net with a tin and string (I live in in the sticks 10 miles from nearest exchange) and have less than .5 mb speed I've given up.

Is there a list I can join to receive the DVD's or can I just ask clockwork purple to pass them on to me next.

I've got Glast0 09 BBC highlights recorded plus Elbow from 08. You reckon it's worth putting those onto DVD and offer them to all and sundry?

The links die if they're not used for a while. I don't want to go through the pain of stripping the DVDs to AVI and Uploading them again. It takes so much time.

If somebody wants the copies I have, send me a PM with address and I'll post them on :P

I did send a PM to dr_billy, it was read at 10:32 pm on Jan 17th, but I'm afraid he did'nt reply.

I don't want to keep hassling with another PM, so because my net connection is half the speed of a sleepwalking snail, can any one with the DVD's mind sending me a copy please.

I would be much obliged and promise payment in the way of your choice of bevarage at the cider bus meet :P

And of course I will be happy to pass on copys to anyone that emails me :P

    • Generally shorter too, I imagine. 🙂
    • Will that work for arenas with seats? People will have their tickets on their phones and needs to find their seat.
    • Excellent new release from overpass today - well worth checking out.
    • Having lived here for 2 and a half years now my take is that security, safety and organisation are just not a priority in Spain. It's not even exclusive to festivals. It's a part of everything.   Simple example. I'm Irish and in Ireland if you assemble a construction site you have to adhere to a lot of regulations about cordoning off the site so nobody can enter and get injured. Here, you're walking down the foot path and suddenly without any warning you're in a construction site. If not, you'll suddenly find yourself directed onto the road to get around the construction.   Life is more laid back here in general. Pros and cons.
