Registration / Moving House

Right - been dealing with this just recently as have just moved house.

1st - make sure your card you intend to purchase with address details match those of reg.

2nd - re-reg now with the new address, as the original one cannot be amended - even if someone at See say they can update it (there seems to be some confusion at See - sometimes they think you mean the delivery address; other times they say they are updating it, and it never gets updated).

madfrank - you can chose a different delivery address when booking

'TICKET DISPATCH

Tickets will be sent out by Special Delivery to the address specified when booking. A signature will be required at the point of the delivery so make sure you use an address where there is likely to be someone available to receive them.'

as said in another post, glastofairy seems to think it doesn't matter where your cards registered

our tickets are never delivered to the card address. never had a problem. as i recall they don't even ask for the name on the card anyway, far less the address it's billed to.

If you move house between buying the tickets and them being sent out it's not a problem, you can change the address via email to Seetickets (I did this last year).

If you moved and your card is registered at your new address you will need to re-register (I did this recently).

Your third way if your card is still at your old address is to buy them at that address and either get them sent to somewhere else or change theaddress in a couple of weeks, as ticket don't get sent out until June

So as my card is now registered to a different address to the one my account is registered to I have to re-register? That's a bit of a pain seeing as the whole registration thing is closed now ;)

I'm sure last year I paid on my card which had a different address on it than the one registered because I hadn't gotten around to updating the address on my card yet. I guess I'll just have to try tomorrow and hope for the best...

No not a problem. When you buy the tickets put your old address in and then email Seetickets with your new address. Probably best leave it a couple of weeks so they don't think you're mental ( ;) ) though. I bought mine last October, changed address in March, got them no problem.
