The Big Chill Festival

I booked National Express "Big Chill 2009 admission plus travel package"

and paid by my credit card from Japan.

I live in Japan. I am in Japan now. I only got e-Ticket for Journey with me here now.

Dose anyone know how to correct admission tickets?

I have been trying to contact to National Express to ask this but no reply from them.

I don't know what to do any more....

Please help me

I just went to the national express website and although it refers to inclusive packages it would only let me select "travel only" - are you sure you've actually PAID for a festival ticket?

Yes, I paid for a festival ticket as well.

It was Novermber 2008 and we were able to select that....

Hi in the past for reading and leeds festivals where you got coach travel and ticket packages they sent you the coach ticket and then gave out the actual festival tickets on the bus, i guess this might well be the same.
