She said it was things that annoy her.

She didn't say any of them were crimes of the century. Or CentUAry, if you will.

She did leave these other people to enjoy Glastonbury.

Like I said.. again.. it was a list of things that annoy her.

Get a grip.

No age group specifically ruins the festival, and never has. However, many things have changed the festival in the 15 years I've been going. In the 90's it was full of great 'characters', of which now have disappeared. Cost, way to get tickets and the security fence all have played a part in that.

However, the things that annoy me are as follows;

  • People who sit at the Pyramid all day every day.

    People with flags who use them to be able to find each other (that fun element of getting lost and talking to random people doesn't exist anymore)

    Middle class arses who go to simply say they've been and look like they are hating every minute and moan about everything

    Stupid people who wash their wellies when there is still mud about, and it will not have vanished by the time they are washed and put on

    People who go and do make up etc everyday. You are camping in a field with no fantastic facilities, just get on and stop acting as if you are off to Wetherspoons on a Friday

    People who wear wellies when there is no mud in sight! What is the f'ing point? They look stupid. Would you wear them in The Maldives on the beach? No. So if it's not muddy wear other footwear.

A lot of younger people annoy me, probably as my generation did. I just can't get on with the Ali G way of speaking people they all are, and those that wear trousers with their boxer shorts in full view and crutch below their knees. That is simply ridiculous. And if I hear one more person say 'it is so not good' or 'so this' or 'so that' I'll deck them. We are not bloody yanks.

Alright my bro, now it's all gravy innit

Shut up you cock!!!!

I am perfectly aware of how to spell century, so why you feel the need to pick up on a simple typo, just goes to show you are indeed a first class knobhead!

Yes - they may have been things that annoyed her, but the ones I picked out had no efffect on her enjoyment of the festival - so why bother to whinge about them? IMO she appears to be a moaner

Perhaps you should take a leaf out of your own book and zip it.

At the time of posting, you've contributed a total of 6 posts to this forum, and already you're resorting to puerile insults.

You're singling out someone as a moaner, and yet you're doing no better yourself.

Grow up.

What difference does it make how many posts I have made!!!?? Just because I havent made 2,000+ doesn't mean jack.........the person that posted the mega moan was whinging about people wearing wellies, sitting by the pyramid stage and putting make up on. Where as these things maybe 'annoying' to the poster, they don't really spoil the atmosphere or the festival for anybody else and nor does it constitute anti social behaviour by todays youth - which after all is the reason this thread was started in the first place.

I also suggest you take a leaf out of your own book and grow up yourself.........highlighting what was obvoiusly a typo in a cheap bid to try to make me look like I do not know how to spell is clearly the actions of a childish knobface.

ciao loser!!!!

I've just got back tonight from the Trowbridge Pump - my second fest of the summer (Glasto being the first). It was mainly folky though not all 'finger in the ear' heavyweight folk - more the sort of stuff you'd catch on the Acoustic or Jazz World stages at Glasto.

There were large numbers of teenagers there who were great. A couple of their encampments were a bit noisy in the small hours but nothing that wasn't live-able with.

Maybe the complainers who can't cope with the teenagers at Glasto should consider trying other fests instead - like Trowbridge.

Your moaning rant was in no way in any way better than the original poster's.

An obvious typo would involve two keys next to each other. Fair enough, you don't know how to spell; you don't need me to point that out.

Your witty attacks such as;

"shut up you c*ck"

and

"childish knobface"

..merely serve to highlight your immature attitude.

"ciao loser" [sic] indeed.
