Not stuck at work, but stuck at home anticipating for my dad to arrive back home so we can start packing clothes for our epic trek tommorow! Almost lost the tickets yesterday aswell, not good! Found them again though, but just really really excited about tommorow. Today is going to be a very long day folks!

Cheers

Well, on the bright side (but not for some) there was a three car crash on the A39 this morning at 8.30 which has caused major major tailbacks. 3 hour delays I'm told....

So at least I've avoided that - gutted for those travelling down today down that route

I went down and pitched in Dragon Field this morning, but back at work for next 2 days (bah!). Dragon was about half-full by 9:45 when I left. Williams had a bit more space. I think you'll be lucky to find anywhere in those fields tonight. Sorry.

I recommend you make a second choice so you have a plan if the worst happens.

Good luck!

yep - reading forums counting down to 4:30pm finish. Not leaving until 5am tomorrow but our tent should be being pitched right about now! Just hoping it's not next to toilets/path/bottom of hill etc....

right, 2 hours 40 mins of work to go!

I too am waiting for the workday to wind down, mostly because I am not being productive in any way (anymore).

However I have to kill off the time in between now and tomorrow morning, knowing we will not get on the road till 9AM due to hire car shenanigans. 9AM Thursday people! How the hell am I meant to wait that long? I'm already bloody packed and someone out there, right now, is putting their tent up where I should be!

    • No dramas man, I just like to follow others journeys as well. Get the inspiration, give out inspiration and the outdoors is the clear the head place to do it. I'm heading out for a easy trail run today I think, 10k- 10 mile we'll see how we go. I've got a half marathon in October I'm well unprepared for hahs
    • The Cheap Thrills at Mountford Hall, Liverpool.    They've been around for a while and have built up a large local following. Last night was their biggest yet, at a sold out 2,200 capacity venue.    It was a big old joyous, indie singalong from start to finish, the band clearly having the time of their lives. The debut album is out next month and they seem to be going down well on the festival circuit, maybe their time has finally come.   2 supports, I unfortunately missed Credits but the few songs they have on Spotify sound good, Americana vibes. The other was M60, reportedly Gary Neville's favourite band. If that's true, he's as clueless about music as he is football. To be fair, their sound was poor, maybe with a clearer sound they'd have been better but it was pretty dull.
    • I can see them all merging along with the Tory’s . Restore curently couldn’t muster enough candidates to be a viable option . I lasted 4 mins and couldn’t watch any more . Lowe is just dull along with racist
