Whats Happening?

What happening? How is T4 on the beach managing to book acts liek Basement Jaxx, Florence and The Machine, Fightstar and The Maccabees and V organiseres are booking Mcfly, N dubz etc surely V could of booked them if T4 were able too

Florence and the Machine and The Macabees are playing Reading/Leeds

I agree, i dont go 2 t4 for the music im 10 mins down the road from it at that time of the year anyway so i just go 4 a day out but i am well chuffed with the line up Basement jax, gossip, florence, little boots, the maccabees,

Nope...we'll end up with this years bands again next year...which given the fact its the same bands as we had as last year leads me to think the organisers have decided to base their festival on the plot of Groundhog Day...

in the end of the day festivals have good year and bad years for lineups. Download had poor one last yeat and brilliant this year, glasto had dodgy one last year and brilliant this year.

I think the disappointment for me hasn't been the acts being booked (a little surprised by how poppy it seems to have gone), but by the sheer lack of information being provided by V themselves. Almost everyyday I read about new acts self confirming, but not a sniff of info on the webshite or other official channels.

Other festivals seem to be able to keep the public up to speed with developments, why not V?

Still, only a few more weeks and then I shall let the soothing sounds of Pendulum help me forget it all........
