I think you may have got confused in your Glastonbury excitement. There is the Brothers Bar and the Cider bus and never the twain shall meet. Unfortunately there is no Brothers bus... unless of course I am bery much mistaken?

Hehe much the same as everyone else; arrive wed afternoon..set up tent...sit down and have a cider (though to be honest there are usually a cider before we start as a reward lugging all that stuff from the car)...throw my junk in the tent and disappear off for adventures!!

Isn't kissing the ground a bit of a health hazard after the cows have been strolling round for the past 12 months!?

Anyway.. tradition -

Tent, Gazebo, BBQ, Tin...

Then off to take a big walk around the site. 2 years ago (while it was still dry) we found a football, which we kicked between us all the way round.

Last year we found the rave machine in the stone circle, then I talked to a man from WaterAid dressed as a poo.

This year I want to buy a hat.

Generally an earlyish night on the Wednesday - falling to sleep listening to the footsteps on the metal walkways...

I love waking up to all the new tents that have arrived next to us in the night!

Tradition in our group: Park the car, then with smiling faces pop open the cheap bottle of champagne that was chilling in the fridge just before we left home. All get a glass full, bottoms up, then rush off to get a good spot to pitch the tents.

Oh how I can't wait for Wednesday....

Stretch out on my airbed to get my breath back after fixing camp.

Put on the kettle for a cup of real ground coffee.

Then a traditional glass of bubbly and strawberries for everyone.

Say hello to the neighbours.

After that it's time to hit town.
