Its been a couple of years since my last SSW so was just wandering, can you still take your own drinks into the main stages area (plastic bottles and cans obviously). Thats not to say I won't be taking full advantage of the local ales and coctails.

no drink whatsoever in any glass container though

glass = smirnoff bottle, beer bottle, drinking glass, yard of ale, jam jar, glass flask, pretty drinking glasses, etc. etc.

A colleague of mine has a viking style drinking horn which he may lend to me

What a great drinks policy Summer sundae has. We took a 36 pint polypin of ale and sat in the Rising stage tent until it stopped raining.

Not like the gestapo led Hyde Park shows, I'm currently working on more devious ways of taking alcohol in . (to avoid £4 + pints)
