Calm Like A Bomb
This is awesome news. I have childhood memories of my Dad playing the "Come Find Yourself" album on cassette tape in the car all the time. Hearing this news I've just re-listened to that album and it's made me v happy
Budweiser
FLC are ace - Huey is almost as cool as Dave Grohl

Marshall
I'm really hoping they headline, would be a wonderful way to end the day
VCK
They have some good songs, will watch over Arctics. They'd have to headline the Lock-Up if that's the stage they're playing.
tylerdurden
Dave Grohl is a deeply uncool man, I dont give a f**k if he was in Nirvana or f**king QOTSA or w.e the f**k else. Good, talented musician, Uncool guy. They reportedly emailed the strictlyreading website stating that they would “almost definately be playing at the festival this year if they can get Melvin (Melvin Benn, Managing Director ) to let them on the bill” Whats all that about then, seeing if they can be let on the bill, I dont think you'd LET someone headline the lock up after all the moaning about there not being heavy enough acts. BrionyGrace
I would prefer them to be on mainstage out in the (hopefull) sunshine. Saw them in 2006 in Manchester for the Stella Artois pulp fiction screening in Heaton Park. They played a set of PF songs and usual hits. It was a really chilled shindig. Couldn't see them playing the tent though IMO atmosphere wouldn't be as good!
VCK
It's pretty weird. I hear people say about some bands that they wouldn't suit the main stage and would be better off in a tent but never the reverse.
Calm Like A Bomb
Reading has been removed from the tour page http://www.thefunlovincriminals.com/tour It's starting to look likely I got myself all excited for nothing.

JakusMaximus
Nah they gotta be too big to play the FR stage? I don't really know, the band order is so weird this year that i wouldn't really be able to say where they'd go.
Im_in_a_tent
echo and the bunnymen played in 2005 i'd put FLC in the same boat as them
