Line up

Just been looking at the line up in todays Sunday Mail and couple of nice surprises. Didn't realise Ladytron were playing and a DJ set from LCD Soundsystem.

Also in todays paper is the line up the Homecoming festival in Irvine. The Sunday is excellent and they have did well to get Josh Wink, Derrick Carter, Masters at Work and Luciano. Quite impressed although they recently reduced ticket prices as don't think it was selling particularly well.

There was a double decker bus on Byres Road in Glasgow trying to advertise Homecoming, thing was banging out music with barely dressed pretty girls wooing the customers. They are trying the sex sells ploy haha! I was reading the line-up on the side of the bus and got instantly surrounded by them, gave me tonnes of promotional stuff, smiles and more than an eye full! haha

I read something about the guy behind it cancelling a festival before in Scotland and people not getting their money back but thought this could be different as part of Scotlands Homecoming programme. The Sunday line up is good but in Scotland it wouldn't pull in a big enough crowd which is ashame.

Sadly not, just had all the names listed like last years posters. The rockness website has been rubbish this year for updates and line up news.

The clip from the bus is embarrassing. Why didnt they get a smaller bus or more dancers? As for greatest location, someone should send them pictures of the Rockness site.

The rockness website is hopeless every year there are announements made but the site line up is never updated! Sort it out guys! Ppl are finding out from other websites who's playing...poor show!
