I thought it was excellent and the speaker was engaging which is hard given the lack of interaction. Good use of the chat box and text Q&A. Some odd comments from newbies but I suppose, if you’ve not been before, you’ve got to ask. It’s the only way to do it with 150+ on the session so given that, it’s a thumbs up from me. For people like you and I, there isn’t much new (massive caveat) if you’ve stewarded a few times and retained information from the on site briefings at festivals you’ve already attended. The lawyer in me doesn’t mind a baseline being created as you need this type of thing in your due diligence folder, especially if you are Oxfam/Glasto size. You’ll enjoy it as a refresher. You can’t switch it on and wander off (I know you wouldn’t, more directed at others reading), they have a way to testing you at the end. So pay attention lol (I won’t say how they test as I don’t want to encourage people not to listen. If you’re listening it isn’t a test you can fail. Literally impossible to fail)
