Great walk, been on the other side of the valley recently but need to get back up there

The Nike Pegasus Trail Gore-Tex are great around camp and for half a day. The dew on grass stays out and they are decent for a stroll. Couldn’t do a full week in them. Mix with Merrell walking shoes and that was me sorted in ‘22. I leave for the festival in 30 days, it’s time to join this thread. ⛅️⛅️⛅️⛅️☀️☀️☀️

Via Jacks Rake? Terrifying ordeal, only did it once. Love Langdale. Langdale to Bowfell in winter is class

Unless the festival ask Oxfam to provide more stewards to cover more positions. I’m almost certain that happened last year. If that happens places could appear. Say there is one more vehicle gate with two stewards on it. To cover the shift pattern you’d actually need 10 more stewards plus a couple more on response maybe??? keep the faith

Yes, but in the same place at the same time. I’m struggling to make one of them, let alone two

They are significant enough to be mentioned on Glastonbury Festival’s “work at the festival” page https://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/jobs/ but it’s obvious how small scale their operation is from a quick look at their website. I’ve heard it gets better the more time you work with them (from one person I know). I’d rule it out immediately based on not getting immediate entry into the festival. Not for me.
