Unless i'm wrong it looks like Other headliner on Friday (vs Billie) is open currently? When Keith died Emily also did a memorial post which said they were due to play the festival that year. I'm pretty sure she also said they were going to play the Friday? Seems to line up but could be completely inaccurate.

So general commentary in my group (who like every genre you can imagine) is it's a very safe lineup overall and it appears that the festival is going more alternative, possibly straying from the really big commercial names aside headliners. I'm happy overall as there's 17 I'd be excited to watch, but there's a big lack of Hip Hop/Rap (aside from Kendrick) given how good the Wireless Festival headliners are the week after.

Yeah, they're quite bulshy about it also, although I found in general in 2019 that the stewards on the gates didn't have a great attitude. But as long as you arrive prepared then all fine.

Not as far as I'm aware. I had this issue in 2019 and I had to show them my drivers license to match the address on the ticket. Wasn't a big issue but took a couple of minutes, perhaps bring a bill with address on or a credit card too.

I've had this album on repeat all morning and really enjoying it so far. Standouts for me are 'Get Lost', 'Flowers', 'Security', 'We Did It', 'Pablo' and 'Louis Bags' aside City of Gods which has been out for a while.

I totally understand what he's trying to do but it would be better to do it through his own app/subscription service. Perhaps eventually he'll take all of his music from other streaming services and go this way. For now I'll listen to 2 through... other means.

Yeah I remember waking up in 2019 at about 5am on the monday and the first thing that hit me was the COLD. We were the same, we just had to catch the next bus, times didn't add up.

Yeah, I live very near the festival site but I'd take the coach from Glasgow if it got me in. Seeing Elton John the night before at Ashton Gate so going to be tired! They always leave late, I remember Bath in 2019 was about an hour 😁

Yeah I think London, Bristol (maybe Reading?) are the only ones you can choose your times for, the rest are a lucky dip 🙂 I leave Bristol at 7:30am for the Thursday, so might be a lone traveller depending when my friends get in the same day. Could be anytime!

My friends are getting the coach from Bath and historically it was late April/mid May, you get an email confirming which one you've been allocated 😊 I'm going from Bristol and already have mine so it's a bit of a mix

I agree, also if GFL are using the money for good it would look great on them. It starts to sting when you also add coach packages - I'll have been 8 times this year and been successful in coach packages over general sale for nearly all of them.

I had only seen yesterday that his October tour was cancelled. Do you think it'll be 2022 (since the cancelled tour was late in the year anyway) or next year?
