They rarely tour and people have only been able to get back seeing bands this year after two. A lot of gigs are selling quick that wouldn't before.

Rise Against plus AFI would be ace for me. The flower/blossom could be a hint of Rise Against. Flowers rising again? The tombstone I think is AFI. I'm linking like Miss Murder, Silver and Cold to it. Also Leaving Song, Death of Seasons. Although I want them both I linked those theories quite quick. The no entry one I have no idea but I'll stab at Papa Roach. I fully expect Download to grab them though.

I'm not because I don't believe certain things are needed but that's my view and we'll all have one. The festival has heavily changed since Michael was the main one in charge. While decent acts have been booked under Emily, generally I don't think it's on as good a path as it once was. But so be it, I will move on to other things. One I'd like to be there, but two, next year isn't the worst year personally for me due to family things etc for me to not be going.

I think it's the former unfortunately. I don't think it ever needed to go that way and never was that way. It's a primarily non profit festival that sells every year. It does not need to jump on any 'bandwagons' so to speak to sell to a trend or promote it. It will get a worse attendee by doing it though. I've been saying this for a few years though. As much as if I had a ticket great, a few years back I'd have been much more gutted whereas now I kind of just accept that if I fail in either of the sales then I do. I'll go elsewhere. That is my bet. They have certainly chose to cash in this year for a far less substantial outing. I wouldn't be surprised if they did Glastonbury as a only Worldwide show or something yup

It is very much now that is why. But we can't say Glastonbury is not going the same way.

The UK aren't lucky to be paying £100, let alone £150 for a Blur gig.

Unlikely that Italy have an exclusive for for Rancid and I don't believe it's been announced as an exclusive. I reckon given this has been done now, there won't be a hugely major wait for the last headliner. I reckon Rancid will come just in time for Xmas sales. I'm looking at a top 3 for main stage of The Offspring, Billy Talent and Less Than Jake. I think NFG are to come too. Their new American tour ends the end of March.

That's the only way I will go. It's the same weekend as 2000 Trees so if AFI play there then it doesn't matter if the tickets are cheap as that's the gig I am waiting for. I've no interest in the Blur gig unless I can get really cheap. The support does nothing at all. Not for next year. For 2024 I think yes.

I would now be very surprised if it's not Rancid. Probably easier to announce for this as it's not likely to be as big a festival. But I'd guess that Billy Talent are definitely below The Offspring. I also reckon BFS are a smaller stage headliner. There is definitely a size difference between the days in Italy. Simple Plan I doubt are back.

Yeah I've paid £55 for Blur but also £2.50. Not a chance I'd go above £70, I'm not that big a fan. And as you Pulp for me are a better live band certainly. That's a home coming show too.

After seeing Blur previously 3 times, not chance of paying £100 for standing at Wembley.

I'm in the resale but I think I'm actually okay with it. Didn't get past the freezing holding page, nor did anyone I know trying. So at least I didn't have the ticket and it wouldn't take payment. Fact is though, they really are not prepared for the amount that use it. I'm fine with not getting through but don't freeze up. See even put a couple of messages out with technical issues. It wasn't that the sale took longer necessarily, it was just a very poor system.

That was an awful seetickets sale. How many times do they need to crash and get issues.

Cheers for the info. I'm going too with the scenario that AM are in which we know, GNR are in but not replacing Taylor and the 3rd is open. While it may be 3 males, I don't think it's going to be Elton. I'd take Florence as the 3rd.

I'm thinking Pulp, Paramore and one of Lewis Capaldi/Nick Cave with the one not subbing doing Other headliner.
