I said people are being hypocrites for wanting Boris to do the right thing with measures there and then and not in a week or two weeks time. Then suddenly when he makes a rules that doesn't actually come in to play which allows thousands to attend an events suddenly that's okay? I'm not forgetting anything, people changing their minds because suddenly it benefits them are. The reasons I was against events at that time was due to the lack of restrictions in place. The aftermath of Boardmasters makes my feelings of the entry restrictions and rules fully justified. If you are going to put rules into place then what's the bloody point weeks later after damage is done and the festival season is over? But let's forget that this theory is exactly what everyone said before, again, it benefitted them.

Where did I say festivals shouldn't go ahead? I don't blame people, I blame the people who put things in place, let's just get that right. I recall you having issue with my comments and opinions why it's silly. Cornwall cases over the last 7 days have spiked, we got an average overall of an extra 10k a day for 3 days. Next weekend as well as a bank holiday, we aren't sending 50k into a free for all. We are sending 170k into the same position with the majority in the same age bracket of 16/17 - 21 with the same entry terms. Many 18+ haven't had the double dose yet as they are only opening now to 16 - 18s and you've got to have 3 weeks separation. Many were VERY open for stuff to go ahead regardless. I was happy to as long as the best solution to combat this were taken! The proof is there. People getting the pfizer are being caught with the virus in late teens/early 20s quite easily without the second jab. Not helping yourself here much lol. You are full of fucking horse shit! Upon hearing some of the reactions, I'm growing more tempted to drop that Pyramid sub slot to an Other stage slot. The Pyramid sub slot needs to have some energy about it that doesn't just get lost between 3rd and headliner. Dua Lipa in the sub slot however would bring that whereas the Other stage isn't somewhere you totally expect something hugely upbeat.

To which I have said but said above, you and others gave me grief for this and chose to suddenly ignore that for your greater needs. So not only did they make that choice but you lost went along with them. As I said, come at me with your comments, down votes etc etc but the shit will hit the fan. I don't take great delight in people catching covid like others who said for that age to catch it that it is okay!, it's never bloody okay! I'd have had Macca, Swift and Elton I think. Two acts I've not seen. Macca for a second and last time. I'm quite a beatles fan too. Arctic Monkeys would be fine for AM and before but if I didn't get them I'm not bothered. Queens are a guitar band which don't interest, Billie is an easy choice there but could be swayed elsewhere. If say Fatboy Slim was same night I'd probably be there.

It's a great price. The smaller bands have nothing for me but two headliners and two subs seal it.

Definitely enough that I'd have gone if living across the pond. Some of the UK tours this year are kicking arse for my style too.
