Some mischief methinks!

I agree that it’s very much up their street. I saw them play a secret set at V in 2007 as 606 to an audience of a couple of hundred. This was in addition to them subbing…ahem… Coldplay!
-
Me too! Saw her in 2014 and know how much control she likes over a live show, but one song… we can hope!
-
No… shame as he is great live
-
Argh! Would be very happy with either

Could barely see an empty seat in Wembley! Phenomenal gig
-
Really surprised Paolo wasn’t announced, normally par for the course after a secret set?

Praying for Kate Bush to sing Rocketman!

The Foos have a long history of playing under pseudonyms, remember seeing them as 606 at V, but… I actually hope it’s Pulp. DG likely to come out with QOTSA however I have to remind myself I’ve seen this before so likely to stick with Elton as a Glastonbury moment

Imagine Kate Bush coming out to do Rocketman!

I’m sure @coma girlwas right, it’s in between San remo and bbc introducing behind silver Hayes. We went there after Macca, great indie ish singalong

The Red Wine Box (quality & offers)
Wherethewildthingsare replied to The Other Steve's topic in Chat
Looking for a box under £20. Wondering about McGuigan’s black label Shiraz (Sainsbury’s) nowhere near a Waitrose sadly. -
Me too! Stayed there from 2014-2019 and always been the lead booker, often for friends not in my immediate party, never known their regs. Defected to Sticklinch in 22. Don’t miss the hill one bit.

One for people with periods - chats, support and advice!
Wherethewildthingsare replied to caroline1975's topic in Chat
Having a Mirena completely stopped my periods and I couldn’t be happier about it! I know some have the opposite experience though. Too late for this year now but I’ve been told you should delay the period the month before your event to avoid having to take them while at the actual event. -
According to the new map, it’s the new gate for WV
-
They’ve never asked for registration numbers, in fact the name gathering was all a bit casual the first couple of years. The lead booker just had to arrive first if possible. You have to show your ticket at the gate and they don’t ask for ID. Presumably they are more keen on knowing numbers in advance.

This is a good idea, lots of discussion on there. Never been an issue for personally since having a Mirena but certainly a reason why women might like a shower and hot water! -
Not registration numbers? I booked a tent for my son but no idea what his is. They don’t ask. Just names and in my experience they never check. I booked my own parking last year but didn’t book the tent. Parking sticker was sent to me.
-
The lead booker will be sent barcodes for the number of people they have registered. They recently asked lead bookers to confirm names (nobody has ever checked the names - it’s the number of times the barcode can be scanned that counts). Anyone can book WV or sticklinch parking. I did last year but wasn’t lead booker.

Route from Yorkshire to Worthy View
Wherethewildthingsare replied to sunnyshoes's topic in Questions
This is exactly the route I take From south wales (and for several years to WV) I would definitely avoid Bristol, Bath and A37
