Ah maybe I seen/spoke to you, I was running the gate/one way system at Gate A4 and popped down there a few times as security went AWOL at various points, mainly in the mornings!

It was reduced this year due to Covid, my info came direct from the event operations manager when he was driving us round the site on the build. IOW Infact I think they reduced it from 55k, not sure if that includes staff/artists.

What impressed me the most that when the litter picking contractor was let down by agency staff on the first night, John & Caroline Giddings got stuck in picking up rubbish along with site crew, H&S, decor team etc. Great team spirit here, first time and have had a good 2 weeks working here and a few days left.. and Duran Duran were brilliant last night! 😁
