Booking WV when not everyone has a ticket?

Hi, 

 

Wondered if anyone could clear something up for me. I'm planning to book a 4 person scout tent today but only 3 of us hold tickets,  4th is hoping to get one in the resale,  will this be a problem?

Wont be a problem, just enter your registration as the booker at the first stage. Then where it asks for names accompanying you just enter the names of the people who have a ticket so far. Then next year, the week before, email a updated list including the 4th friends name.

No. you don't have to let WV know who's staying in the tent until after the resale and even then you can underfill the tents. We had a couple of spare spots in ours last year.

I would go for a bell tent myself because there's loads more room and you can stand up..

The scout tents are closer to the top of the hill though..
