You mean you and your friends don't do that. Rather than are like that, which is like a whole other bunch of morality.

I'd say that it isn't as liberal as you make out. They aren't having sex with vegetables or inanimate objects. It's just simply having someone you wouldn't usually find associaciably attractive for a shot of debauchery for a night. Might not want to do that with someone you actually think highly of. Might though.

What's with the lowering of standards malarky?

It's sex. It's not marriage. You're just f**king someone. It's no more meaningful or defining as f**king a tomato or masturbating....................................................for example

Don't you get off on your partners getting off? That's one of the best bits surely?

Stop being so picky!

Why wouldn't you want a night of debauchery with someone you think highly off, surely that's the ideal rather than going with some heffer just because she's there. All I'm saying is what's the point in going with someone you find unattractive just because you know you stand less chance of getting knocked back when there's plenty of women you are attracted to out. Do you only go with the ones who you aren't attracted to once all the reasonably attractive ones have turned you down or is it just some form of self punishment?

Cool. The chromosome debate is a crock of shit anyway ala Judith Butler. But I didn't really want to go into the whole 'there's no such thing as a duplicate sexual category' thingy.

That's my biology, I'm talking about mindset.

Blah, you know what I mean. Someone you would simply f**k could be anyone. Could be a rotten tomato or a fresh one.

Someone you thought a bit more of, well, tis up to the individual to set their own standards for that one.

He doesn't pull women.

Attractiveness. I have to find someone attractive, even just to sleep with them. This seperates me from MOST males.

Women pull him

    • There's only one date that's not pretty much sold out 😂
    • Madonna lived in the UK for absolutely ages and I think is still largely London-based at the moment.  I'm sure she'll be well aware.     But it wouldn't need to be either / or.  Lots of acts do both  - Glastonbury for the hype and BST for the pay.
    • There is a chance that Norton's reaction was very much like our reaction, because people in this country tend to think 'big = Glastonbury'.   Having said that, though, I'm fairly sure they've gone for her again this time, and it's broken down. Whether it's only just broken down or not, I'm not sure, but I'd air on the side of - they thought they had her, up to a certain point.
    • Yeah, I did wonder if they might be getting too big for Piece Hall now. Wet Leg did Castlefield this year and were subbing them at Tramlines. Wishful thinking! I'd happily see them do another outdoor headline in the north of England, wherever it might be (except R+L, which I'm def too old for now 😂)
    • You've certainly got a bunch of American acts who absolutely adore the festival and are willing to bring peanuts for it. You can never discount The Killers on that basis.
