According to the Kingston Times, former ECW, WWE and TNA star David "Kid Kash" Cash has been arrested on charges of identity theft, forgery and theft of property. The arrest happened yesterday, where Cash was arrested on four counts of identity theft, two counts of forgery under $500 and four counts of theft of property under $500. The Times says that Cash, age 40, is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on January 4. Cash is charged for using the credit card of "a female acquaintance", but Cash states that he had permission to use the card.

I have 89, Ive never seen 88 though, although I have seen bits, I remember the outcry of Liz's flash which was absolutely nothing but made it get a 15 cert. Laughable these days.

Summerslam 89 was when I first started watching wrestling, it was my first PPV I watched. Over 20 years later and im still watching. Good times.

Btw someone on a board just said imagine if it gets to Jan 4th and Bret no shows Raw and shows up on TNA instead. That would be so class, and Bret IMO would finally get his own back on Vince.

That was the card of the year that year.

The TLC was obviously amazing. The hardcore match was alright, but you had a fantastic three way with Rock, Hunter and Kurt Angle, and a great wrestling match with Benoit and Jericho.

I think second only to 02 in terms of the best Summerslam.

Ah yes Brock v Rock the 7 minute main event, to make Brock the 6th WWE champion in 6 months. Jericho, HHH, Hogan, Undertaker, Rock and then Brock having all won it in the space of half a year. Meh.

Yeah it was a good show, So much so Ive recorded it, but was more a show of big name matches mixed with top rated matches, and big matches like the world title changing hands rather than the ten best matches of the year.
