Cloud cover here, like the last 10 days in which we were supposed to have rain (and this is judging from the charts and stuff).

Wind has picked up though, i think thats the most accurate thing any of them have predicted.

One more post that mentions Wellies (or article, or snapshot of life), i will shoot personally, I know it will be muddy, i know it will rain, but we are unsure how much and when, so yes do pack Wellies, i already have, i don't need to be told for the millionth time.

And anyhow The Times...............It's just right wing tax dogders pissing on our parade.

i agree the rain does bring out something special. i didnt have wellies last year and my shoes got stuck in the mud so many times but it was one of the best weekends ever. i also remember a stall playing 'here comes the sun' everytime the sun came out, the showers would start again-it would stop, then the sun would come out and they played it again.

im quite up for the mud, im taking wellies this year and i expect to see a return of upper-body dancing ala 2005.

Pretty windy in Exeter at the moment, so no doubt that will make its way up the road to sunny (?) Pilton

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
