Could Raye potentially be a headliner? If we're dead certain about a female headliner, that seems like a decent bet.

Indeed it could always be that. As much as I don't think they'd want Fender on his second year back, if they got Fontaines they've toured what feels like forever now    The thing with Sabrina is, I think they go for her rather than Olivia Dean 4 years in a row appearing and if Olivia has said no I reckon Sabrina isn't available either.  If that's being announced soon it'll be sold out way before Glastonbury is announced.
