Car park ticket

Hiya, first time back in a decade and can't remember how it was done previously. Received my tickets yesterday and the top part recognizes I've booked a car park ticket but the sticker to go on the car wasn't in the envelope. Will this be sent separately or do i need to chase up Seetickets/Glastonbury for an error?

I’ve had this most years, contact them. They will ask you to check the envelope, you say you have they then send a new one out.
